How do I book a session and how long do I have to wait for it?

Fill in the form on the ' Contact us' page. I will receive an email alert that there is a new message and will respond to you, usually within 48 hours.
Once you have told me what kind of session you would like, I will respond with suggestions of dates and times.
 When we agree, I will send you a link to the session.

How long are the sessions and what do they cost?

Sessions for one to one conversations are  for however long you would like, or feel you need, up to two hours maximum per session.
The usual preferred session time, is 30 minutes, or one hour but can be anything from 15 minutes, upwards to two hours.

The cost depends on what you book.
Conversation sessions are £1 per minute up to 45 minutes. A reduction is made for sessions booked as one hour or longer.
For example; £30 for 30 minutes, £45 for 45 minutes £50 for one hour.

How do the sessions take place?

 Zoom is the preferred platform. If you don't have it, it is free to download and can be accessed on a phone, tablet, desk top, or laptop.
Occasionally other arrangements can be made by agreement. 

What can I hope to gain from these sessions?

The aim is for you to feel more confident and at peace with your life.
I hope that after the sessions, depending on the topic you wish to explore, or improve, that you will come to a better understanding of your own needs, how to meet those needs and how to go forward in a more positive , motivated, enthusiastic way.
I aim to help you identify what is really important to you, what is really bothering you and then look together at possible solutions.
So many times, we focus on what we think are our problems, just to find later down the line, that we were only fixating on the symptoms, not the actual problem itself . So we might drill down to see what's really going on for you.
Generally, I aim to help you achieve a better understanding and to become more self aware.
